Bill Eckert

Executive Director
William (Bill) R. Eckert, III has served as the Executive Director at Bay Area Homeless Services since July 2011. Bill earned his BA and MA degrees at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, LL.B. with Honours at the University of London School of Law, and LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Western Michigan-Cooley School of Law. Bill is passionate about assisting low-income homeless individuals and families by blending best practices from the fields of business management and social services. He has a background in Human Resources and was Director of Legal Clinics for Houston Volunteer Legal Program (now HVL) before being selected to serve with BAHS.

Donna Provost

Bookkeeper
Donna Provost is the Bookkeeper for Bay Area Homeless Services. Donna has over 35 years of experience in accounting with 15 years in non-profit organizations. She enjoys using her skills in an environment providing services needed to those in our community.

Marianne Jackson

Program Manager
Ms. Jackson earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. She has 15+ years of experience working with homeless clients in shelters. “I am proud to work for an agency that provides homeless clients with a clear path to self sufficiency with intensive case management, job readiness training and through employment."

Marissa Jimenez

Case Manager
Marissa Jimenez is the Case Manager for Bay Area Homeless Services. Marissa has her Masters degree in Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University and Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Houston-Downtown. Social work is Marissa's passion and she prides herself that she will always speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves.
