Kendall David

Junior Board President
Kendall David serves Bay Area Homeless Services as the President of the Junior Board. Kendall was raised in Baytown and currently works at Goose Creek CISD as the Director of Marketing. With a background in teaching, school counseling, and campus administration in Goose Creek schools, Kendall is deeply driven to serve BAHS and assist with the shelter’s mission and goals to serve the community.

Brian Carlton

Junior Board President Elect
Brian Carlton is an experienced sales manager in the oil and gas service industry. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University, as well as Master’s degree from Rice University in Business Administration. Brian is a lifelong Houstonian and has a passion for serving those in need and discipleship.

Nancy Bonds

Junior Board Secretary
Nancy Bonds serves Bay Area Homeless Services as the Secretary of the Junior Board. Raised in Baytown, Nancy currently works at Goose Creek CISD as the 6-8 District Math Instructional Specialist. She has worked in Goose Creek for 12 years, following in the footsteps of her mother and grandfather. Nancy and her family have a vested interest in continuing to support the Bay Area Homeless Services and the Baytown community.

Katy Provost

Junior Board Member
Katy Provost is a graduate of University of Houston Clear Lake with a Business of Science in Accounting. She has been in Baytown for over the last 10 years, and is looking forward to helping Bay Area Homeless Services achieve its mission. She has been a member of the BAHS Junior Board since 2019.

Kevyn Bieschke

Junior Board Member
Kevyn Bieschke is a graduate from The University of Texas Medical Branch and currently works as a Nurse Practitioner at Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital. With a background in the medical field, serving on the Bay Area Homeless Services provides an additional opportunity to care for individuals in the community. She has been a member of the BAHS Junior Board since 2019.

Heron Thomas

Junior Board Member
Heron Thomas was raised in Baytown and currently works at Barbers Hill ISD as a principal. He is also the founder of the Thomas Institute of Excellence (TIE) Program and is involved with many other community programs and organizations. With a background in teaching and campus administration in schools, Heron is deeply driven to serve BAHS and assist with the shelter’s mission and goals to serve the community.

Emily Masters

Junior Board Member
Emily Masters is an engineer working in the Pasadena area in the chemical industry. She currently lives in Houston with her husband and daughter and enjoys using her skills and background to give back to her community.

Kimber Williams

Junior Board Member
After graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from West Texas A&M University, Kimber Williams started her career in nonprofit as a volunteer with a start-up organization called Youth Success Project. While there, she diligently led college preparatory programs for middle and high school students and championed the fundraising and marketing efforts for the newly formed charity. Passionate about helping organizations connect their message to their audience, in 2019 she started her own consulting practice called Marketing the Mission to teach strategic marketing and communication tactics to small businesses and nonprofits. She started her tenure on the BAHS Junior board in early 2020. Passionate, empathetic, and driven to live life to the fullest, Kimber Williams has interwoven her passion with her purpose to make a difference one day at a time. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and trying new restaurants.

Erika Foster

Junior Board Member
Erika Foster is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. Erika joined Goose Creek CISD three years ago as the first director of the Foundation, but she is no stranger to Goose Creek. She is a product of Goose Creek CISD elementary and junior schools, and she graduated from Ross S. Sterling High School. It is no surprise that she is an avid supporter of nonprofit organizations and is often seen in the community volunteering at events. She has been a member of the BAHS Junior Board since 2019.
